Super Arc Consultant (SAC) prepared the full infrastructure design for a VIP villa in Abu Dhabi for Walkthru Contracting.
Scope of work
Road design and arrangement plan.
Road pavement marking and signage.
Pavement and kerb details.
Utility design.
Stormwater layout and details.
Street lighting layout, single line diagram and pole details.
Value delivered
All the external works for the villa were covered in one coordinated infrastructure design.
Engineering context
A villa’s external works bring together access, drainage, lighting and utility connections. Coordinating them in one design package reduces clashes and gives the contractor a clear basis for construction.
