The villa’s infrastructure design was taken through the authority approvals needed before construction.

Engineering context

A villa’s access, drainage and utility connections have to fit the surrounding road and service networks. Coordinating them early, with the authorities involved, reduces late changes and helps the approval submissions proceed in order.
