Concrete Piling for a Mosque and Imam's Residence – Al Faydah, Al Ain

Project overview

Super Arc Engineering Construction (SAEC) carried out the piling works for a new mosque and imam's residence in Al Faydah, Al Ain, for the Endowments and Minors Funds Authority.

Scope of work

SAEC installed reinforced concrete piles to the approved foundation design.

The work followed the recommendations of the geotechnical report and the requirements of Abu Dhabi Municipality.

Value delivered

The mosque and its associated buildings sit on a pile foundation designed for the site's ground conditions and built to the approved drawings.

A mosque and its associated residence can place quite different loads on the ground. Building to the geotechnical report and approved design links the piles to the actual site conditions and to the authority requirements.
