Super Arc Consultant (SAC) was appointed as third-party design verifier for a proposed causeway and cofferdam bund on Al Hudayriat Island, Abu Dhabi.

Independent review of the structural calculations.

Engineering context

Causeways and cofferdams work under water pressure, wave action and changing tides, where a design error can be costly to correct. A third-party check tests the calculations and assumptions independently before construction starts.
