Project overview
Super Arc Consultant (SAC) assessed the Boulevard car park in Downtown Dubai for EMAAR. The study looked for the causes of water ingress, checked the structural integrity of the car park and set out measures to stop further deterioration.

3D scanning of the structure.
Testing of structural elements.
Root cause analysis of the water ingress.

The investigation was completed in 60 days and gave EMAAR practical recommendations for an operating car park.
