Super Arc Consultant (SAC) carried out the infrastructure design for a development plot in Al Ain for Al Bayan Engineering Consultants, including authority approvals and tender documents.

Scope of work

Concrete works for the substation and sewage tank.

Sewage, water supply and stormwater works.

HV and LV electrical, communications and telecom works.

Civil defence and irrigation works.

Roads, sidewalks, lighting and traffic signs.

Protection of existing services where needed, authority approvals and tender documents.

One consultant coordinated the plot’s infrastructure disciplines through design and approvals.

Engineering context

Infrastructure networks share limited corridors, so roads, wet utilities and power need coordinating together. Designing them as one package helps to find clashes on the drawings, before they reach site.
