Water Front - Root Cause Seepage analysis

SAC was engaged to investigate and identify the root cause of persistent construction defects in the wet areas of various apartments at the building. The defects, primarily manifested as efflorescenceوو a crystalline salt deposit caused by water intrusion, were observed on several building surfaces, the issue of seepage reoccurred in multiple affected apartments.
