Jumairah Second - Seepage Stability Study

SAC was appointed to conduct a comprehensive seepage  analysis for a proposed development in Jumeirah Second, Dubai.

The objective of the study was to evaluate groundwater movement and assess potential seepage-related issues that could impact the foundation and structural integrity of the project.

The study culminated in the preparation of a detailed technical report that outlined geotechnical recommendations, identified construction considerations, and provided safety checks against groundwater-induced failure mechanisms.
